4. Firearms Sales, Shipping & Compliance
Authorized Firearm Shipments
- We do NOT ship firearms directly to individual homes. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer.
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct FFL dealer information at checkout.
- Customers must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws.
- If a firearm is returned to us due to a failed background check, inability to receive the transfer, or incorrect FFL information, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
State Restrictions on Firearms & Ammunition
- Knepper Firearms only ships firearms and ammunition to states where it is legal to do so.
- We will not ship Ammunition to the following States. Califormia, New York, New Mexico, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts,
- We do not ship firearms, ammunition, or restricted accessories to states with prohibitive laws.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with their state and local laws before placing an order.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our shipping and delivery charges encompass the costs associated with order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation, and handling. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. International shipping is not available.
Delivery Schedule

- Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Arizona time), late on Friday, or on Saturday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday).
