2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-built or modified firearms – All custom orders are final once production has begun.

3. Return Process

- A replacement at no additional cost.
- A full refund, including return shipping.
8. Firearms & FFL Transfers
- Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the buyer. If an issue arises before transfer, do not complete the transfer and contact us immediately.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring legal compliance before purchase. If a firearm is returned due to a failed background check or non-compliance, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
